    Reward for leadership is based on the difference between the estimated rate of a position of a The Partner and that of the Partners led directly by him/her, on the basis of the volume achieved by them.

  • What are commissions for personal products?

    Commissions for own product sales are rewards from the leadership program that a partner receives for each new online sale of Privilege Cards made after a personal consultation.

  • How many conditional units does a leader receive for a new participant in their structure who places a business position on the platforms?

     

    • For each new position placed on the lower level of the Start business platform, the senior leaders — participants in the leadership program receive 1 conditional unit.
    • For each new position placed on the lower level of the Standard business platform, the senior leaders — participants in the leadership program receive 2 conditional units.
    • For each new position placed on the lower level of the Comfort business platform, the senior leaders — participants in the leadership program receive 3 conditional units.
    • For each new position placed on the lower level of the Premium business platform, the senior leaders — participants in the leadership program receive 5 conditional units.
    • For each new position placed on the lower level of the Luxe business platform, the senior leaders — participants in the leadership program receive 8 conditional units.

     

     

  • How many conditional units are awarded upon reinvestment?

    Upon reinvestment of an order on various business platforms, senior leaders — participants in the leadership program receive:

    • Start business platform: 1 conditional unit
    • Standard business platform: 2 conditional units
    • Comfort business platform: 3 conditional units
    • Premium business platform: 5 conditional units
    • Luxe business platform: 8 conditional units
  • Are there tasks for leaders?

     Yes. A leader is a manager, and they must:

    • Lead the team: Set goals and guide the team to achieve them.
    • Motivate and support: Create a positive atmosphere and inspire team members.
    • Make decisions: Evaluate situations and make informed decisions.
    • Develop the team: Facilitate learning and growth for team members.
    • Adapt to changes: Quickly respond to changes and adjust team actions.

  • What platforms are available for activation, and how do they affect rewards?

    All platforms are available for activation. The cost of the platform affects the number of units credited to the leadership program and the amount of rewards.

    Upon activation, leaders receive the following conditional units:

    • Starter Business Platform: 1 conditional unit
    • Standard Business Platform: 2 conditional units
    • Comfort Business Platform: 3 conditional units
    • Premium Business Platform: 5 conditional units
    • Luxury Business Platform: 8 conditional units

    Example:

    If a leader is at level 6 and the value of one unit is $25:

    • If they invite a program participant to the Starter Business Platform, they receive 1 unit, which is equivalent to $25.

    • If they invite a participant to the Luxury Platform, they receive 8 units, which equals 8 × $25 = $200.

     

  • What prizes does TOP GROUP offer for successful participation in the leadership program?

    The company awards prizes at each level during official company events. The prizes include:
